1. List Down the 5 Steps Of Making a “Roti John” using a Mobile Stove.

List the Equipment’s needed

Mobile Stove.
·
Pan
·
Spatula
·
Bowl
·
Fork
·
Wax Wrapping Paper
2. List the Ingredients
participants will need to make the “Roti John”:
·
1 packet Roti John
·
cabbage shredded
·
chicken paste sambal
( ERM 001 )
·
vegetable margarine
·
eggs
·
mayonnaise and chili sauce
Step 1
Sliced Long Bread into half and spread vegetable margarine.
Heat pan on Mobile Stove
Step 2
Beat 1 egg with 2 spoonful
of chicken paste sambal for 30 seconds
Step 3
Pour eggs mixture into the
pan and placed the long bread on to the mixture
Step 4
Cook until brown. Remove
from Pan
Step 5
Spread with Mayonnaise and
garnished with cabbage and chili sauce.
Wrap and Ready to serve.
